Ship Your Item Back: Please package the item securely in its original condition. Kindly note: For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Get Your Refund: As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow your bank 5–7 business days to post the funds to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival: Your flawless experience is our priority. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will immediately step in to arrange a free replacement or a full refund at absolutely zero cost to you.
